Job Description
Job Title: Direct Care Professional – Oakland, MI
Company: Macomb Residential Opportunities
Location: Oakland, MI
Pay: $16.1 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16.10 for a Direct Care Professional in Oakland, MI, is generally considered below the competitive range for this role, which typically falls between $17 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Factors such as the rising cost of living and ongoing demand for healthcare workers often push wages higher in the region. While this rate may appeal to entry-level candidates, it may struggle to attract more experienced professionals, suggesting that this compensation might not adequately reflect the responsibilities and skills required in the field, particularly in a metropolitan area like Oakland.
