Job Description
Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Fraser, weekdays 12
Company: Help at Home
Location: Fraser, MI
Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $16 for a Direct Service Professional in Fraser, MI, is generally on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the region. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or part-time work, industry standards typically range from $17 to $22 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specialized training, and the specific responsibilities associated with the role. Additionally, cost of living considerations in Michigan suggest that rates above $15 are often necessary to attract qualified candidates, particularly given the increasing demand for direct care workers. Thus, while this offer might appeal to some individuals, it may struggle to attract more experienced professionals in the field.
