Job Title: Direct Support Professional – Autism Care | Evenings, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Company: Help at Home

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $16 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $17 for a “Direct Support Professional – Autism Care” position in Detroit, MI, is somewhat low compared to industry standards. Typically, Direct Support Professionals in similar roles, particularly those assisting individuals with autism, earn between $18 and $22 per hour in urban areas. While the offered rate may attract candidates looking for part-time evening work, especially in a cost-of-living-adjusted context, it may not be competitive enough to retain experienced professionals in a field that is crucial for providing quality care. Overall, this pay level might need to be reconsidered to attract qualified individuals effectively.
