Job Description
Job Title: Direct Support Professional
Company: Beacon Specialized Living Services, Inc.
Location: Leslie, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Leslie, MI, is generally considered on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. According to various industry benchmarks and salary data, DSPs in Michigan typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, with variations based on experience, specific employer, and additional qualifications. While $15 may meet the minimum wage requirements and be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract or retain experienced professionals or align with the rising cost of living in many areas. Therefore, for Leslie, MI, while this rate is somewhat typical, it could be viewed as uncompetitive for experienced candidates or those seeking positions that offer better compensation.
