Job Title: Direct Support Professional
Company: Beacon Specialized Living Services, Inc.
Location: Plainwell, MI

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.10 for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Plainwell, MI, is slightly below the national average, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific job duties. In Michigan, the average wage for DSP roles is around $15 to $17 per hour, indicating that the offered rate is on the lower end of the spectrum.
