Job Description
Job Title: Direct Support Professional
Company: Beacon Specialized Living Services, Inc.
Location: Ludington, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Ludington, MI, is somewhat below the industry standard. As of 2023, DSPs typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour nationally, depending on experience, qualifications, and region. In Michigan, wages can vary due to local demand and funding for support services. Given that the cost of living in Ludington is relatively moderate, this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions but falls short for experienced professionals. Therefore, while $15/hour is within the lower range, it may not attract skilled candidates looking for a livable wage in this sector.
