Job description:

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide childcare and behavioral support for a client in Lansing, MI. In this role, you will assist with daily routines, which include homework assistance, supervision, and light housekeeping. Candidates with prior experience in supporting clients exhibiting aggressive behaviors are highly preferred.

Shifts are scheduled from 7 AM to 2 PM, seven days a week. We are hiring multiple caregivers; therefore, even if you are unable to work every shift, we encourage you to apply.

Help at Home is currently hiring caregivers for various roles, including:

  • Homemakers: Support seniors living independently by assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands.
  • Home Care Aides and Personal Care Attendants: Provide comprehensive support to seniors in their homes, including light housekeeping, errands, bathing, grooming, and accompanying clients to appointments.
  • Home Health Aides: Assist clients with basic health care monitoring, such as taking vital signs and medication reminders, along with activities of daily living.
