Job description:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide childcare and behavioral support for a client in Lansing, MI. In this role, you will assist with daily routines, which include homework help, supervision, and light housekeeping. Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting clients exhibiting aggressive behaviors.

This position offers a variety of shift options, making it ideal for individuals seeking consistent hours with a meaningful impact.

Available Shifts:

• Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday | 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Home Health Aides: Offer basic health care monitoring, including vital signs and medication reminders, along with support for activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and light housekeeping.

• A valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Weekend availability
