Job Description
Job Title: Direct Support Professional – Full-Time hours, 24/7
Company: Help at Home
Location: Grand Haven, MI
Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Grand Haven, MI, is on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. While salaries can vary by region, the average hourly wage for DSPs in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $20, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Considering the demanding nature of the role, which often involves providing care 24/7, the offered rate may not adequately compensate for the skills required and the hours expected. Therefore, this pay range is somewhat less competitive, potentially affecting recruitment and retention in the area.
