Job Description
Job Title: Direct Support Professional – Weekdays | 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Company: Help at Home
Location: Livonia, MI
Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a “Direct Support Professional” in Livonia, MI, working weekdays from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM, falls below the national average for similar roles, which generally range from $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific responsibilities. In Michigan, the average wage for direct support professionals tends to align closely with these figures, as the demand for skilled workers in this field often drives compensation upwards. While Livonia’s cost of living is moderate, the offered pay appears less competitive, potentially affecting recruitment and retention of qualified candidates. Therefore, this rate may not effectively attract individuals with the requisite skills and commitment essential for such support roles.
