Position Snapshot: The Dishwasher position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our environment for both guests and staff. The Dishwasher team is responsible for the cleaning, sanitizing, and proper storage of all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through an exceptional combination of food, drinks, and games in a fun and celebratory atmosphere.
• Keep supervisors informed of any significant issues and take prompt corrective actions or suggest alternatives when necessary.
• Utilize all cleaning chemicals accurately and safely to ensure safety and cost control.
• Operate all equipment safely and correctly.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware.
• Carefully sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal.
• Sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils diligently.
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Handle glassware and dishware with care to prevent breakage.
• Regularly empty trash in the kitchen and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles.
• Support kitchen staff during peak times as needed.
• Assist with line maintenance, including sweeping and clearing dirty dishes.
• Help with the preparation of certain items as directed by management.
• Keep kitchen and dishwashing areas, including floors, walls, and drains, clean and well maintained.
• Aid in maintaining the cleanliness and stocking of kitchen storage areas.
• Ensure all mats are clean and maintained.
• Collaborate with other team members as necessary to meet business needs.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all company team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment, enhancing morale, productivity, and efficiency.
• Exhibit friendliness and maintain a positive demeanor while working various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Demonstrate self-discipline and motivation.
• Adhere to dress guidelines, ensuring a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
