Our franchise organization, Puckett’s Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join our team. The Utility Person / Dishwasher plays a crucial role in enhancing our guests’ dining experience. Given that cleanliness is often rated as the top factor in a guest’s decision to return, it is imperative that each Utility Person / Dishwasher possesses the skills, knowledge, and ability to perform their duties with excellence.

Key responsibilities include maintaining overall cleanliness both inside and outside the restaurant, with dishwashing being a core aspect of this position.

Cleanliness Responsibilities:

  • Provide guests with clean, sparkling silverware and dishes.
  • Ensure the interior of the restaurant is clean, creating a pleasant and safe environment for both guests and coworkers.
  • Maintain cleanliness around the exterior of the building and in the parking lot.
  • Regularly check, clean, and restock the restrooms.
  • Dispose of trash appropriately into the dumpster while keeping the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area clean.
  • Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area.
  • Execute the duty roster to ensure cleanliness and meet service and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all local health department regulations.

Operational Excellence:

  • Stock the Cook, Line, and Server areas with the appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, speed, and cleanliness.
  • Report any equipment or facility issues to the Manager promptly.

Guest Service:

  • Understand and fulfill position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
