The Dispensary Associate plays a pivotal role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects of our products. You will leverage your product knowledge to deliver excellent customer service while facilitating purchases in compliance with state regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Show empathy and compassion towards patients.
  • Uphold the TruExperience by adhering to elevated service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
  • Assist management with returns according to company policies.
  • Efficiently prepare and process patient orders.
  • Follow all Trulieve Policies and Procedures.

  • Document customer concerns in their profiles for record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Responsibilities as Needed:

  • As a Delivery Associate: Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
  • As Online Support: Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; experience in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum age of 21 (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
  • Prior retail and/or customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Cash handling experience is required.
