Pay: $16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.50 for a “Dispensary Associate” position in Grand Rapids, MI, is somewhat competitive, though it can vary based on factors such as experience, the specific dispensary, and local demand. As of late 2023, entry-level positions in cannabis retail typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, with more experienced associates earning higher wages. In Grand Rapids, cost of living and local market conditions also influence compensation, making $16.50 potentially appealing for entry-level candidates, yet possibly below average for those with more experience or specialized skills.
