Job Title: Doubletree Lansing – Server PM-Restaurant 1

Company: Aimbridge Hospitality

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $11 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $11 for a server position at Doubletree Lansing is below the national average for restaurant servers, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on the location and establishment type. In Michigan, servers often earn similar or slightly higher due to the state’s minimum wage and tips, which can significantly augment overall earnings. Considering factors such as cost of living in Lansing and local market conditions, the $11 rate appears uncompetitive and may deter skilled candidates looking for fair compensation aligning with industry standards.
