Job Position Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner for our executive offices, with a work schedule of Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.25. The ideal candidate will exhibit responsibility, attention to detail, and discretion to maintain a pristine environment for key members of our client’s team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute all cleaning tasks for the facilities utilizing designated ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
  • Responsibilities include daily sweeping, occasional mopping, vacuuming, trash disposal, cleaning of personal spaces, and dusting according to a predetermined schedule.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Adhere to proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Securely open and lock the suite upon completion of cleaning duties.
  • Prior experience of 1-2 years as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • On-the-job training will be provided for candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or educational institution is a plus.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential traits.
  • Must demonstrate respect and understanding of personal property.
  • Proficiency in English communication is required.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

  • The role necessitates constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching both overhead and forward. Candidates must be capable of lifting and/or carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to read and comprehend cleaning instructions is essential.
  • Capacity to differentiate between cleaning products and their intended uses.
