Key Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service & Hospitality: Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience by greeting guests, accurately taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Food & Beverage Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service guidelines.
  • Order Accuracy & Efficiency: Promptly take and deliver food and beverage orders while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking & Organization: Efficiently manage multiple tables, serving, clearing, and resetting for new guests while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
  • POS System & Cash Handling: Process payments, close checks, and ensure accurate transaction handling in accordance with company and security guidelines.
  • Cleanliness & Compliance: Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, keep the service area tidy and organized, and comply with all necessary alcohol and food handling certifications.
  • Physical Stamina: Exhibit the physical ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry objects (20-50 lbs.), and perform repetitive motions.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
