Join our team as a Complimentary AM Attendant, responsible for ensuring an exceptional breakfast experience for our hotel guests. This role requires multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area. You will prepare and serve food and beverages, assist guests with inquiries, and uphold the hotel’s standards of quality and hospitality.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Guest Service & Hospitality: Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and addressing inquiries regarding hotel services, breakfast offerings, and local attractions.
- Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve breakfast items and specialty beverages, ensuring adherence to high food safety and sanitation standards.
- Efficiency & Organization: Maintain all service areas in a clean and organized manner, adhering to brand standards; promptly clear tables and restock buffet stations as necessary.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate guest needs and swiftly develop solutions for special requests or any issues that may arise.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Support team members by assisting with dishwashing, replenishing food items, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and service areas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for engaging professionally with guests and colleagues.

Education and Experience:
