About Us
The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of public areas while providing exceptional guest service. This role requires detail-oriented individuals who can manage physical tasks and contribute positively to the housekeeping team.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. Regularly refresh lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to ensure they are spotless, including carpets and furniture.
  • Guest Service & Communication: Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly demeanor, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to set up meeting rooms and facilitate events.
  • Safety and Compliance: Safeguard sensitive areas, manage lost-and-found items, and practice safe work habits to minimize risks of injury.

Education & Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in a hotel or related field.
  • A valid driver’s license for the applicable State and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.
  • Ability to perform well under stressful and high-pressure situations is essential.
