As a Housekeeper, you will be tasked with the daily cleaning of guest rooms in alignment with our established hotel procedures. Your responsibilities will also extend to deep cleaning activities and preventative maintenance tasks, all aimed at creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment. Enhance the appearance of lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring that all areas shine—from carpets to furniture. Efficiently stock and organize housekeeping carts, replenishing guest room supplies and changing bed linens. Perform deep cleaning tasks as required, including AC filter changes and touch-ups on painted surfaces.

  • Guest Service & Communication: Respond swiftly to guest requests with a positive demeanor, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

  • Safety and Compliance: Respect and safeguard guest and hotel property, ensuring safety in sensitive areas. Practice safe work habits to prevent injuries.

Education & Experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills with guests and team members.
