Job description:

A Steward plays a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and proper organization of all china, glassware, and silverware while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. This position involves supporting kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen areas and storage facilities, specifically through the thorough cleaning of equipment, utensils, and workspaces. Additionally, the Steward is responsible for assisting with the proper storage and rotation of food items.

Qualifications:

  • Interact with guests and colleagues, occasionally in an unsupervised capacity, while maintaining a high level of trust and responsibility.
