Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding guest services during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM – 7 AM), assisting with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Conduct the Night Audit process, preparing and finalizing work to ensure accurate daily transaction balancing.
- Perform security walks to maintain the safety of guests and uphold property security.
- Prepare daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, to provide valuable insights for management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of hotel services and uphold exceptional standards of service.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework is beneficial.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently.
