AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 for an “Entry-Level Gas Service Technician (Leak Survey)” in Michigan is generally on the lower end of the spectrum for similar entry-level positions in the gas and utilities industry. As of 2023, typical pay for entry-level technicians in this field often ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as company size, specific job responsibilities, and regional demand.
