Job Description:

  • Execute straightforward operations on a range of machines by adhering to standard work methods and following comprehensive instructions.
  • Uphold established production standards to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct inspections of work as directed, utilizing simple or fixed gauges as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper housekeeping of both the area and the machinery.
  • Ensure accurate identification of parts both before and upon completion of assigned tasks.

Schedule – Full-Time Shifts:

  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Midnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Overtime may be mandatory

Wages:

  • Starting pay ranges from $17.63 to $18.31, with pay increases following the initial 90-day period and annually thereafter.
  • Wages are paid weekly, with the option for direct deposit available.
  • Shift premiums apply for afternoon and midnight shifts.
  • Overtime pay structure:
    • Monday to Friday: Anything exceeding 8 hours is compensated at time-and-a-half.
    • Saturday work is compensated at time-and-a-half.
