Job Description
Job Title: Environmental Services Associate/Housekeeper – Full Time, Day Shift
Company: Hocking Valley Community Hospital
Location: Logan, OH
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for an “Environmental Services Associate/Housekeeper” in Logan, OH, is somewhat competitive but might be on the lower end compared to industry standards. According to various sources, including job market data and salary surveys, the average pay for similar roles typically ranges between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on location, experience, and the specific employer. In smaller towns like Logan, compensation might be lower due to cost of living factors; however, as many employers are striving to attract talent in the service industry, rates around $16 to $18 are becoming more common for full-time positions. Therefore, while $15 is acceptable, it may fall short in attracting and retaining qualified candidates in the current job market.
