Sodexo is currently seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Manager 1 for McLaren Health, located in Flint, MI. This position operates on a first shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Our Sodexo Health Care Environmental Services and Housekeeping teams are dedicated to overseeing housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, collaborating to deliver innovative solutions. These teams are also responsible for enhancing client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service through effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as diligent follow-through on actionable items that influence both client and patient satisfaction. What You’ll Do
– Drive client and patient satisfaction scores
– Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff while closely collaborating with the Infection Control department
– Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
– Efficiently manage the Unit Operating System
– Promote a diverse and inclusive workforce
