We are currently seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 for UH – Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby, IL. This position requires availability for the second shift, with a schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Our Sodexo Health Care Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams oversee housekeeping operations at healthcare facilities, collaborating to deliver innovative solutions. These teams prioritize client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining effective communication with all levels of hospital staff. What You’ll Do:
– Drive client and patient satisfaction scores.
– Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, collaborating closely with the Infectious Control department.
– Lead teams in various departmental projects and initiatives.
– Effectively manage the Unit Operating System.
– Promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
