Job Title: Environmental Services Technician

Company: Corewell Health

Location: Greenville, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for an Environmental Services Technician in Greenville, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions, local cost of living, market demand, and the responsibilities of the job should be considered. In the broader context, many comparable positions in environmental services, particularly in healthcare or specialized sanitation roles, may offer higher pay, especially in urban areas or where there is a higher demand for skilled workers. Ultimately, while $16/hr may be acceptable for some candidates, it may not attract more experienced professionals or those with specialized skills.
