We are committed to providing you with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to safely care for our vulnerable seniors and adults with disabilities.

We are seeking caregivers to assist seniors and disabled adults with daily living activities in their homes or care facilities in Grand Rapids, MI. Ideal candidates should be available to work between 4 PM and 8 PM, with a commitment to at least 2-3 shifts per week.

You should be comfortable with a variety of duties, including (but not limited to) assisting with eating, personal hygiene, dressing, light housekeeping, laundry, and various household chores.

While you don’t need to be a gourmet chef, you should be able to prepare nutritious meals and navigate a kitchen effectively.

You will provide a range of assistance, including medication reminders, support for prescribed range of motion exercises, dementia care, and engaging companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English as required for the position
  • Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Compliance with requirements for employees providing direct patient care
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive employment background check
  • Successful completion of a State-approved Competency Evaluation for home health agencies
  • Current CPR certification is recommended
  • One year of experience as a Home Health Aide in healthcare settings (homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide course
