Job Position Description:
This position is crucial for ensuring a clean and healthy environment within our customers’ buildings and grounds. Primary responsibilities include medical and office cleaning five days a week, Monday through Friday, for four hours each evening, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at a rate of $15 per hour. Additional responsibilities may include:

– Executing all cleaning tasks for facilities using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
– Performing a variety of cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash disposal, window cleaning, and rearranging chairs and equipment on wheels.
– Managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
– Utilizing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
– Cleaning all common areas, including kitchens/break rooms, lobbies/hallways, exam rooms, offices, and restrooms.
– Displaying safety hazard signs, including “wet floor” signage as required.
– One year of experience in a custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping role is advantageous but not mandatory.
– On-the-job training will be provided to candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
– Experience in a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is beneficial.
