The Event Marketer will participate in pre-scheduled events to generate leads for the local office through consistent interactions with prospective customers. This role involves engaging with attendees at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for our talented sales team. The Event Marketer is responsible for surpassing lead generation targets and goals set forth by the Event Marketing Manager.

• Engage with potential customers and deliver dynamic product demonstrations using high-energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Operate independently while maintaining consistent communication with management.
• Generate and capture data from show leads for our award-winning product line.
• Manage event set-up and teardown, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a passion for educating potential customers about our product offerings.
• High energy and ability to stand for extended periods during events.
• Capability to implement our proven system for generating qualified leads for our rapidly expanding company.
• A smartphone is necessary to use the company timekeeping application and to submit leads.
