Job Title: Event Services Specialist

Company: Greenleaf Hospitality Group

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Pay: $18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $18 for the role of “Event Services Specialist” in Kalamazoo, MI, appears to be somewhat below the competitive range typically observed in the industry. As of my last update, the average wage for similar positions in event planning and services generally falls between $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, responsibilities, and local market conditions. While cost of living variations play a role, this rate may not attract experienced candidates or adequately compensate for the skills required, particularly in an area where event management can demand higher compensation due to the coordination of logistics, customer service, and vendor management. Therefore, for the role to be competitive and align better with industry standards, an increase in the hourly rate could be advisable.
