Job description:
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Events Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Events Manager with the planning, organization, and execution of both corporate and private events. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in coordinating event logistics, including vendor communication, venue setup, and schedule management.
– Prepare essential event materials, such as signage, guest lists, and event kits.
– Support on-site event execution, including setup, registration, and breakdown.
– Maintain accurate records of event budgets, invoices, and related documentation.
– Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event needs are addressed.
– Conduct post-event evaluations and compile comprehensive reports.
– Monitor the inventory of event supplies and facilitate the ordering of new materials as necessary.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
