Marvin Love and Associates is actively seeking an experienced and driven Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations of a prestigious mountain lodge in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel management and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This historic resort is situated on 5,500 acres in the scenic Mountains of Pennsylvania and features a Dutch Colonial-style lodge that seamlessly blends luxury accommodations, diverse dining options, and an extensive range of recreational activities for guests of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring outstanding cleanliness and service standards throughout the lodge.
- Develop and implement efficient housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and maintenance of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and assess housekeeping staff while fostering a positive work environment.
