Responsibilities:

What You Will Do:
– Implement comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
– Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) safely and professionally
– Foster personal companionship by remaining actively engaged with each client and providing ongoing social and emotional support
– Assist with personal care tasks, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
– Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
– Conduct administrative duties such as documenting task completion and reporting changes in clients’ physical or mental conditions

Qualifications:

To Get Started You Will Need:
– A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience
– Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
– Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and access to a reliable vehicle
– Open availability is strongly preferred
– TB screening/PPD and/or chest X-ray
– Basic computer skills
– Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
