Job Title: Fabrication Operator

Company: Hydro

Location: Sidney, OH

Pay: $20 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $20 for a Fabrication Operator in Sidney, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles in manufacturing and fabrication. According to various labor market sources, Fabrication Operators typically earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, and specific industry demands. While $20 may be competitive for entry-level positions or companies with lower operational costs, it might not attract more experienced operators or those seeking higher compensation. Overall, this rate may limit the ability to attract skilled talent in a competitive labor market, especially in regions experiencing growth in manufacturing.
