Responsibilities:
– Maintain professionalism and deliver courteous service.
– Participate actively in team and departmental meetings.
– Practice effective time management and prioritize duties across individual properties.
– Monitor inventories as needed to fulfill daily responsibilities.
– Maintain all public spaces and mechanical equipment as necessary.
– Execute and oversee maintenance-related repairs.
– Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure proper equipment function.
– Uphold the hotel’s appearance with meticulous attention to detail from both guest and tenant perspectives.
– Review daily work orders and prepare reports.
– Ensure timely completion of all projects, exercising urgency to accommodate guests and tenants.
– Understand and implement proper lockout-tagout procedures in compliance with OSHA standards.
– Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
– Make informed, integrity-driven decisions on behalf of the company, team, and guests/tenants daily.
