Job Description
Job Title: Facility Technician (Maintenance) Second Shift – Hilton Garden Inn, GR
Company: Suburban Inns
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for a Facility Technician (Maintenance) role at the Hilton Garden Inn in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar positions in the area. According to various salary data sources, facility technicians often earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and specific job responsibilities. While the cost of living in Grand Rapids is relatively moderate, this wage may be less competitive in attracting skilled candidates, especially considering the physical demands and technical expertise often required for maintenance roles in hospitality settings. Overall, while the rate might be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not be sufficient to retain experienced professionals in this field.
