Job Summary:

The F&B Bartender at Odawa Casino Resort is responsible for delivering exceptional, friendly, and positive service to all guests in the bar, dining, and deli areas. This role entails the preparation and serving of beverages and food, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

– Conduct oneself in a positive and professional manner at all times.
– Greet and welcome guests with a smile and make eye contact to create a warm atmosphere.
– Provide prompt service to guests, serving both food and beverages.
– Anticipate guests’ needs and expectations to enhance their experience.
– Utilize product knowledge to effectively up-sell and suggest items to guests.
– Prepare drinks with accurate portions and ingredients.
– Operate the liquor dispensing system or use appropriate measuring devices as required.
– Manage cash register operations, accurately ringing in sales, providing correct change, and maintaining financial integrity.
– Ensure accurate cash register counts at the end of shifts.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to all health and safety codes.
– Maintain respectful control over guests and assist management by addressing any complaints.
– Monitor guest consumption in compliance with TIPS training.
– Keep the bar area stocked, clean, and ready to serve guests at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:
