We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technician who takes pride in their work. The primary responsibilities include performing interior and exterior grounds maintenance, managing trash removal (including the use of a compactor), snow removal, and other maintenance tasks as assigned. A valid driver’s license is required as the Field Technician will be responsible for operating a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a company vehicle to multiple sites
  • Manage work orders using an iPhone application
  • Oversee trash management tasks, including the compactor
  • Move trash and recycling bins according to schedule
  • Collect litter and trash in common interior and exterior areas
  • Clean gutters and maintain pet stations
  • Perform leaf blowing and salt walkways
  • Provide support in relocating furniture and appliances as needed

Field Technician Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Prior experience as a Field Technician, Porter, or Groundskeeper is preferred

  • Capability to engage with residents of diverse ages and backgrounds
  • Must pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle report

Physical Requirements:
This position entails moderate to heavy physical demands. The role may require climbing ladders up to nine feet, working in overhead structures, walking, standing, twisting, bending, squatting, and kneeling for the majority of the workday. Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving of items exceeding 100 pounds, and frequently exceeding 50 pounds, may also be necessary.
