Job Description
Job Title: Fitness Trainer
Company: Planet Fitness
Location: Findlay, OH
Pay: $14 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $16 for a Fitness Trainer role in Findlay, OH, appears to be slightly below the national average, which typically ranges from $16 to $30 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and location. However, regional cost of living factors and the demand for fitness services can influence pay. In smaller cities like Findlay, wages may be lower due to less competition and market saturation compared to larger urban areas. Overall, while the offered rate may attract entry-level trainers or those in the early stages of their careers, it may not sufficiently compensate more experienced trainers or those with specialized certifications, making it less competitive in the broader market.
