As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with all customers and embodying our customer service principles. You will maintain a clean and organized store environment while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Additionally, you may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store as business needs dictate.

– Exemplify established customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Process customer purchases and returns accurately, including providing correct change as per established procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
– Uphold our merchandising philosophy by following established merchandising procedures and standards.
– Accurately prepare merchandise for the sales floor in alignment with company guidelines.
– Participate in ongoing store recovery efforts throughout the day.
– Maintain high organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor while contributing to the overall store environment.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback in a professional manner.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support and contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
– Engage in safety awareness and maintain a safe work environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
