We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Food Service Workers to join our team at our Central Michigan location. The position is based at 103 East Preston, Mount Pleasant, MI 48858. Please note that applications will only be accepted online.

Job Summary: The Food Service Worker will be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and serving of food as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
- Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food safely to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators.
- Store food according to wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
- Follow approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers in accordance with outlined service steps.
- Address customer concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
- Ensure adherence to company service standards, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
- Comply with all sanitation and safety regulations.
- Carry out other assigned responsibilities as necessary.
