Job Title: FOOD SERVICE WORKER (PART TIME)
Company: Compass Group
Location: Marcellus, MI
Pay: $12.48 – 13 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly wage of $12.48 to $13 for a part-time Food Service Worker in Marcellus, MI, is generally in line with or slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $13 to $15 per hour. Factors such as the cost of living in Marcellus, local demand for food service positions, and the specific duties involved in the job can further influence competitiveness. While this pay may attract some individuals, it may be less appealing compared to positions offering higher wages or additional benefits, particularly in a tight labor market. Overall, the rate is somewhat competitive locally but may require adjustment to attract a broader pool of candidates.
