Responsibilities may include:

In a hospitality-focused environment with multiple dining outlets, your duties will include plating, café setup and teardown, assisting in kitchen operations, and maintaining food inventories and sanitation.

• Line and Prep Cooks: Prepare and present delightful meals following our Executive Chef’s menus, ensuring to maintain ingredient inventory and portions. While experience in cooking or culinary education is preferred, we are eager to train passionate individuals.

• Dietary Aids (Patient Food Service): As a Dietary Aid, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding in-room meal service to our patients and residents. Under the guidance of our Clinical Dietitian staff, you will ensure compliance with dietary instructions, assist with meal selection, and deliver exemplary service with compassion.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but we are open to training candidates who demonstrate a genuine passion for food.
