Job Summary
The Member Services Representative plays a vital role in fostering a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Perform a variety of front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
    • Checking members in to the system.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Managing updates to member accounts as needed.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the club’s neatness and cleanliness.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.

  • A positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
