Responsibilities:
- Cultivate positive relationships with guests
- Identify innovative ways to enhance guest experiences
- Implement operating procedures and standards
- Work collaboratively towards team and company goals
- Adapt seamlessly between diverse tasks and roles
- Maintain knowledge of front office operations across all units
- Execute daily shift processes in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Review billing statements, resolving discrepancies and disputes
- Initiate new efficiencies and improvements for team operations
- Keep abreast of shifting procedures and directions
- Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy while adhering to policies
- Clearly and confidently manage billing inquiries and disputes
- Respond to inquiries about hotel services and reservations via email, phone, and in person, providing personalized guest experiences
