The front desk medical receptionist, or Client Account Manager as we refer to this position, will oversee the daily account activities of our clients. This role is crucial for customer retention, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction. An enthusiastic and proactive Client Account Manager is essential for the seamless operation of our medical facility. As the first impression for patients and visitors, this position requires the delivery of exceptional customer service alongside proficient management of administrative responsibilities. Ideal candidates will exhibit a blend of interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, and a solid understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Warmly greet patients, answer phone inquiries promptly, provide service information, schedule appointments, and direct patients appropriately within the facility.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage the appointment calendar to minimize conflicts and accurately document appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers and staff as necessary.
- Check-In/Check-Out Procedures: Gather patient information and insurance details, verify eligibility, assist with form completion, ensure necessary documentation is obtained, process payments, and issue receipts when required.
- Administrative Support: Perform various tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations, including coordinating referrals and managing medical records requests as directed by healthcare providers.

Available Clinical Hours: Monday 8 AM – 5 PM, Tuesday 8 AM – 7 PM, Wednesday 8 AM – 1 PM, Thursday 7 AM – 5 PM, Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, with coverage for up to three Saturdays (8 AM – 12 PM) each month. When working on a Saturday, a weekday off will be provided.
Training: Training is paid, requiring 2-5 days in Houston, with the remainder taking place in Mason. Travel expenses will be covered, excluding incidentals or deposits for accommodations.
