The role of a Client Account Manager, which serves as our front desk medical receptionist, involves overseeing the daily account activities of our clientele. An energetic and dynamic front desk medical receptionist is vital to the seamless operation of our medical facility. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, this role demands exceptional customer service alongside proficient management of administrative duties. A successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, and a thorough understanding of medical terminology and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction: Welcome patients warmly and professionally, manage phone calls, and answer inquiries swiftly. Provide information about services, schedule appointments, and direct patients to the appropriate areas within the facility.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Effectively manage the appointment calendar to minimize scheduling conflicts and ensure accurate documentation of appointments, collaborating with healthcare providers and team members to meet patient needs.

  • Check-In/Check-Out Procedures: Collect patient information and insurance details, verifying eligibility as needed. Assist patients in completing required forms and ensure all documentation is gathered. Process payments and issue receipts accordingly.
