The Client Account Manager, commonly referred to as the Front Desk Medical Receptionist, plays a vital role in managing the daily account activities of our clients. This position focuses on customer retention and serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
The ideal candidate is an energetic and dynamic front desk medical receptionist, essential to the seamless operation of our medical facility. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, this role encompasses delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently executing administrative responsibilities. A successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly and professionally, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries promptly. Provide information about services, schedule appointments, and direct patients to appropriate areas within the facility.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar to minimize scheduling conflicts and ensure accurate appointment records. Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to meet patient needs effectively.
- Check-In/Check-Out Procedures: Collect patient information and insurance details, verify eligibility, assist in completing necessary forms, and ensure all required documentation is obtained. Process payments and issue receipts as necessary.
- Administrative Support: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations. Coordinate referrals and medical records requests as directed by healthcare providers.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a liaison among patients, healthcare providers, and staff. Communicate significant messages, changes in schedules, and relay information accurately and efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Address patient concerns or complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues in a timely fashion, while knowing when to escalate matters to higher-level staff.

Training: Training is compensated and will consist of 2-5 days in Houston, with the remainder taking place in Mason. Travel expenses will be reimbursed (excluding incidentals or deposits for accommodations).
